I Am Not Amused

The Grand Councilwoman doesn't think much of Pleakley's competence...

So, I'm really not sure why I drew this scene in the first place. As for painting it? ...Not sure on that either. I guess because I've never done the GCW before, and there's also a little bit of 'it's lying around in your art folder, it'd be a shame for it to go to waste.'
